Shingo’s focus areas include CPM (Collaborative Production Management), RPO (Real-time Process Optimization), APC (Advanced Process Control), EAM (Enterprise Asset Manage-ment), Process SCM, and Refinery management applications.

Mr. Tokiwa has over 30 years of systems development and project management for process control systems, production management systems, and corporate information systems in a major oil refining company.  He also headed a systems technology development center and software product marketing organization with the main theme being 'enterprise systems-automation systems entegration'.

 

Mr. Tokiwa has a B.S. degree and also earned a Graduate Certificate in Applied Physics from Tokyo University. He is a member of the Japan Society of Operations Research.
