He has been widely quoted on supply chain issues in magazines such as

eWeek and has had his articles published in
Supply Chain Management Review and other supply chain and operations journals.
In recognition of his contribution to the supply chain and logistics field, Steve was selected as a “Pro to Know” by
Supply & Demand Chain Executive Magazine. Steve is now a regular contributor to
Logistics Viewpoints.
Steve’s user focused research has included ROI analyzes of a variety of supply chain applications, benchmarking, and best practice reports. He has aided users in supplier and consultant selections and suppliers with acquisitions and product roadmaps.
Steve has been with ARC since 1996. Prior to ARC he was a Professor at Stonehill College and Pennsylvania State University.
Steve's holds an MBA from Babson College and a Ph.D from Indiana University.
