The successful candidate will have, at a minimum, the following qualifications:
- Experience in selling manufacturing solutions, software, or consulting services to manufacturing companies
- Tenacity at following through on leads and closing opportunities both in person and by telephone
- The ability to understand client requirements and present ARC services to meet those requirements
- Effective verbal and writing skills to communicate with senior industry executives
- Manufacturing industry knowledge and contacts will be a plus, particularly contacts within large-to-mid-size manufacturing companies
- A college degree
