Presentations and discussions will be in both Japanese and English with simultaneous translation.

Forum Fee

The forum fee is US$600 , but 50% discount is provided for early registration by July 16, 2010.  The fee includes a luncheon and a 'Getting Acquainted' Dinner Party plus all program materials.

Cancellations and Substitutions

Substitutions may be made at any time at no additional charge. The registration fee is fully refundable up to three weeks prior to the Forum date. A 50% cancellation fee will be assessed after that date. All cancellations must be received in writing.
