Presenting ARC's Thirteenth Annual Orlando Forum
Winning Strategies and Best Practices for Global Manufacturers
February 2-5, 2009 - Orlando, Florida
Globalization means more markets, more products, and more partners. Opportunities expand, but so do the challenges for global manufacturers. Companies are selling their products around the world and they are facing competition from a growing number of global players. To survive, they need to adopt new, innovative strategies that incorporate best, globally-available resources throughout their design, manufacturing, and distribution processes. To win, they need to empower their people with a more collaborative culture and best practices for driving teamwork across partner networks that span multiple geographies, languages, and time zones.
Globalization also raises the bar for success. Leading manufacturers understand this and are embracing continuous improvement and operational excellence as core elements of their management philosophy. They recognize that plant design and maintenance, product design and digital manufacturing, operations management and supply chain management are all critical to success and are implementing programs to achieve best-in-class performance across all of these fronts.
These issues are high on executive agendas. Successful leaders have found the right strategies, technologies, and practices to address their company’s challenges. Come and join us in Orlando to learn what they are doing and what you can do to develop your own winning strategy. Whether you are a manufacturer or a technology supplier, you cannot afford to miss this event!
