Speaking Opportunities

We welcome your suggestions for speakers and panel participants for our Global Forums!

While speaking opportunities at ARC Forums are typically by invitation only, we encourage you to submit suggestions for speakers and panel participants for our forums around the world.  Supplier submitted abstracts are only considered if a brand name customer is included to make the presentation on their behalf.  Speaking opportunities are also included in some of our event sponsorship packages.  We recommend that you submit speaker information 6-8 months before the event scheduled date.

ARC Forums have become the leading event for industry executives, attended by hundreds of key decision makers in our industry.  Speaking at an ARC event provides excellent visibility and the opportunity to network with peers in our industry.

Non-Commercialization
The objective of presentations is to educate, discuss and debate and not to sell products or services.  ARC Adviaory Group and session moderator have responsibility to ensure speakers adhere to this policy.

Publication & Rights
ARC Advisory Group requires publication rights to accepted presentations, including the publication of the audio and/or video recording during the presentations. These rights are non-exclusive.  Copyright ownership is retained by the author.
