Neelam has been with ARC since 2012. As a part of the global study team she has been involved in worldwide studies on supply chain (transportation management systems, warehouse management systems, 3PL warehousing services, managed transportation services, and global trade management), ERP in the Cloud, and engineering services by GSPs in India. She leads the enterprise activities for India and has authored many India specific reports.
Neelam does a quarterly revenues analysis of the top 15 enterprise suppliers and 3PLs (3rd party logistics providers). She is involved with organizations like CII (Pune) on “Smart Manufacturing” initiative and with NASSCOM in conducting collaborative research and writing blogs. Additionally, she writes for many industrial magazines and guest columns in Logistics Viewpoints.
Prior to joining ARC, Neelam worked for Oracle India for over 8 years as Manager, Competitive Intelligence. She conducted research on top competitors in the supply chain management segment and helped Oracle sales get first-hand information on competitors via research notes, webcasts, and in-person trainings.
Neelam has a B.E. degree in Electronics from Nagpur University. She is pursuing APICS Certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM).
