The following executives are among those who will present at the forum. |

Dr. Alauddin Ahmed, Senior Manager Resources Group, Accenture JapanDr. Ahmed focuses on manufacturing solutions for the chemical, natural resources, energy, and utility industries. He has 15 years of experience in industry and academia. Currently his work in Japan involves delivering innovative process and technological solutions for design, manufacturing, and supply chain processes. Prior to his current position, he worked with Unilever where he was responsible for plant production. Additionally he has done consulting work covering from product and process development to supply chain management. Ryo Hashimoto, Manager PlantWeb Marketing, Emerson Process Management, Emerson JapanRyo Hashimoto has many years of experience in the IT industry. He joined Emerson as a Business Development Manager to support business development activities with Japanese customers in Asia. Two years ago he transferred to one of the biggest divisions in Emerson, Emerson Process Management, to promote Emerson’s digital plant architecture concept “PlantWeb” to the Japan market. He is currently working on marketing wireless technology, one of the key components. Takao Miura, Manager, PC Solution & System Division, Asahi ElectronicsTakao Miura joined Fujitsu Ltd. in 1981 and developed various I/O controls for banking terminal systems and business graphics, along with ATM development tasks. In 1993, he moved to Asahi Electronics where he developed virtual reality systems based on graphic technology knowledge. In 2001 he joined Intel as a Field Application Engineer and provided customer support for Windriver products. He currently works in facility management system development. Kazuhito Nakamura, Senior IT Engineer, Engineering Division Engineering Technology Center, JGC CorporationKazuhito Nakamura joined JGC in 1986 where he was in charge of development and mainten-ance of in-house software for process design. From 1994 he was in charge of implementing the plant information management system. From 2000, he was also involved in many EPC projects as Information Manager. He managed both plant information system implementa-tion and information handover for the crude oil refinery construction project in the Middle East region in 2006. From early 2010, he has been taking part in the initiative led by ARC for es-tablishing ‘Plant Information Handover Guideline’. Kian Ng, Enterprise Technology Strategist, APAC Region, MicrosoftKian is the Enterprise Technology Strategist for the Application Platform workload (database, business intelligence, SOA, and ALM, and most recently,Cloud Computing) at Microsoft Asia. He is responsible for leading the application platform strategy and technology advocacy for key enterprise customers in the region. Kian has over 14 years of crossed-training and implementation experience in the areas of SAP/ERP, SOA, and business intelligence gained from several large-scale SAP implementations in Asia-Pacific during his time at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Consulting. He previously led the SOA practice for Asia Pacific in Xchange21, an e-business consulting business, as well as solution sales for S.E. Asia in BEA Systems, a J2EE middleware platform company. |

Forum Fee
The forum fee is US$600 , but 50% discount is provided for early registration by July 16, 2010. The fee includes a luncheon and a 'Getting Acquainted' Dinner Party plus all program materials.
Cancellations and Substitutions
Substitutions may be made at any time at no additional charge. The registration fee is fully refundable up to three weeks prior to the Forum date. A 50% cancellation fee will be assessed after that date. All cancellations must be received in writing.
