Business Development Managers

ARC is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager in its Dedham, MA office.

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have a wide range of responsibilities including:

  • Growing ARC business with automation, IT, software, and technology solution providers
  • Providing support to ARC advisory service clients
  • Meeting revenue sales targets for assigned industries and accounts
  • Presenting ARC capabilities to top industry executives in person and via telephone
  • Attending industry events to meet top industry executives
  • Working closely with ARC analysts and consultants to develop opportunities with both new and existing clients
  • Developing relationships with key clients to increase business and enhance client retention

Job Qualifications

The successful candidate will have, at a minimum, the following qualifications:

  • Experience in selling to automation, IT, software, and technology solution providers
  • Tenacity at following through on leads and closing opportunities both in person and by telephone
  • The ability to understand client requirements and present ARC services to meet those requirements
  • Effective verbal and writing skills to communicate with senior industry executives
  • Industry knowledge and contacts will be a plus, particularly contacts within large-to-mid-size energy and manufacturing companies
  • A college degree
