After joining ENEOS Corporation in 2002, Hideki Ono was engaged in R&D of petroleum refining catalysts, separation materials, and battery materials, as well as new process development, etc. In 2018, he moved to work utilizing digital technologies such as simulation, participating in the joint research and commercialization of an AI simulator with Preferred Networks, Inc. In 2021, he was transferred to Preferred Computational Chemistry, a joint venture with Preferred Networks, to engage in business start-up and sales, before assuming his current position in April 2022.
