Maurice obtained ISA fellowship In 2013 for his work on procedure management. He is co-chair of ISA101 and is working on the use of standards for HMI, alarm, and procedure management to provide operators with more effective decision support. Maurice was leader of the team that proposed the ISA106 Standard to ISA. He is also working on the impact of digital transformation on the process industries and the impact of standards on digital transformation.
