Assessing asset health with IIoT and analytics helps prevent unplanned downtime and improve asset performance. Data driven service and maintenance extends the scope to include real-time information from the assets using Industrial IoT. With well-managed business processes to respond to alerts, the repairs are performed on equipment when needed and before degradation occurs. These critical business processes include managing PdM alerts and converting high priority alerts into work orders to execute the appropriate inspection, maintenance, or repair.
