Carisa is responsible for the direction and business performance for AT&T Security Consulting’s Governance, Risk, and Compliance Consulting Practice. Her practice provides both strategic and tactical security consulting services to enterprises and government agencies covering a wide spectrum of offerings from evaluating and redesigning enterprise security programs to conducting risk assessments of emerging technologies. With almost two decades experience in information technology, security, and privacy, Carisa has focused primarily in strategic program development, implementation, and management. She has conducted program reviews, assessments, and strategically planned organizational security and privacy programs based upon internationally recognized standards of good practice and applicable regulations. Carisa is well-versed in business management practices and focuses on strategic planning, operational risk management, enterprise policy management, incident response, cross-functional process design & management, consolidation & integration of enterprise security functions and organizational effectiveness.
