Craig has 27 years of experience in the food manufacturing industry. He has spent the last 7 years with SugarCreek in various positions including Plant Manager, HR Manager, and Business Unit Manager. He previously spent 5 years at Diamond Crystal Brands, a subsidiary of Hormel Foods and 5 years with ConAgra Foods in an Aseptic Pudding Manufacturing Facility. In the past 17 years Craig has concentrated on learning, perfecting, and coaching others in continuous improvement and process improvement. Over the years he has streamlined his approach and has concentrated on developing and utilizing tools that simplify the delivery.
