As tolls program director, Jim oversees numerous projects and operations in the Southeast region. Over his 25-year career, he has worked closely with agency leadership at Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise, Illinois Tollway, Ohio Turnpike and Infrastructure Commission, Puerto Rico Highway and Transportation Authority, and the Roads & Transport Authority in Dubai, just to name a few. Jim currently serves on the Foundation Board for the International Bridge, Tunnel, and Turnpike Association (IBTTA), and is a graduate of the IBTTA Operations Academy Senior Management Program and Leadership Academy.
