Kathy’s self-motivation and strategic drive has led her to the role of CEO as well as owner of Trinks. She currently oversees all engineering and project management for Trinks. Her background in LEAN manufacturing, supply chain management, and IT has provided her with the framework to influence impactful change both internally and externally to her businesses. Over the last 30 years, Kathy has been a driving force, leading her teams on numerous continuous improvement projects including cultural shifts through IT enhancements, process management with a KPI focus, real time operations, and digital transformation.
