He has over 29 years of experience in this field and currently works for Siemens Industry as the Manager of Business Development for SCADA software in the US. Russell comes from a technical background but now has 22 years business level experience so he is just as comfortable speaking with a CEO, CIO, CTO, or CDO about a complete digitalization strategy as well as to a plant manager who just needs to have the best SCADA architecture for the plant. He is a firm believer that as digitalization and cloud strategies build a larger footprint for companies, it only increases the need for SCADA because it becomes the “digital doorway” between real word and virtual world.
