Learn why his group launched The Digital Academy, a program to connect, educate, and enable Rolls-Royce employees to think in terms of digital approaches to business.
In doing so, Rolls-Royce created a formalized means to establish a digital-first mindset across a workforce population with greatly varying competency levels. Jonathan will discuss the challenges of the effort, including the need to establish formal metrics to demonstrate the positive impact of the program on the company bottom line. After the presentation, there will be time for open discussion among attendees.
