Manoj is a senior advisor with more than 30 years of experience helping owner-operators, EPCs, and technology providers define and execute information strategies that improve business performance across the industrial asset lifecycle. He brings deep expertise in aligning engineering, operations, and asset information with enterprise priorities to strengthen decision-making, operational readiness, and digital transformation outcomes.

Prior to his association with ARC, Manoj held leadership roles at Dow and Bentley Systems, where he led enterprise initiatives spanning operational data strategy, engineering information management, digital workflow integration, information architecture, and industrial transformation. His perspective is grounded in experience across owner-operators, EPCs, software providers, and industry standards organizations, enabling him to advise clients across both strategy and execution.
He has also played a key role in advancing open, interoperable digital ecosystems that improve data quality, digital continuity, and lifecycle information management. His work with standards and industry initiatives such as ISO 15926/18101, CFIHOS, and DEXPI reflects a long-standing commitment to scalable, standards-based, AI-ready digital foundations.

Manoj holds MS and PhD degrees in Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and a BTech in Civil Engineering from IIT Kharagpur.
