After majoring in Computer Science in college, Noriaki Harada started working for Asahi Kasei immediately after graduation in 1988. He experienced the development of image sensing systems and ERP implementation projects. Later, he was in charge of MES (production management system) and planning optimization system implementation projects. Since FY2018, he has been promoting DX in the manufacturing sector of the company.
