Richard has been working in the supply chain management and manufacturing space for over 25 years and is responsible for driving the market direction and positioning of SAP’s Extended Supply Chain solution set. Prior to joining SAP in 2004, Richard spent 15 years with Marcam Solutions where he was VP of Marketing for the company’s process ERP and manufacturing solutions. He has also implemented ERP, SCM, and manufacturing systems at companies such as Nestle, Gillette, Colgate Palmolive, Rohm & Haas, Wyeth, Royal Worcester Spode, and Dairy Crest. Richard is a regular contributor to Forbes, Huffington Post , The Digitalist, and the World Economic Forum.
