Eric has 22 years experience working in the food ingredient industry – 3 years in production management and 19 years in various engineering roles.  His current role is Manufacturing Technology Leader for DuPont’s Nutrition & Health division where he works in soy protein concentrates and deoiled lecithins for food ingredient.  He is experienced in electrically classified areas, process safety management, spray drying, liquid and powder handling systems, solvent handling, distillation, evaporation, carbon adsorption, packaging systems, robotic palletizing, wastewater treatment, various control systems and HMIs, and capital projects.
