Kim brings over 30 years of global industry experience and has held several leadership positions encompassing global sales, marketing, product development, and supply chain.  She has led the global Bently Nevada Hardware business since 2014.  Kim began her career with ExxonMobil as a process engineer and later transitioned to the finance E&P team.  In 1994, she joined Betz (later became GE Water in 2002) with increasing roles of responsibity in technical marketing, sales, corporate accounts, product management, and supply chain.  In 2012, she was awarded a patent for her work at GE Water for development of a novel new Biodelivery System.  Kim has been distinguishedly recognized in Deloitte’s 2008 Women on Boards- Forum of Executive Women. She is a two time recipient of Women Who Make a Difference award in Pennsylvania.
