Craig has 28 years of experience in the food manufacturing industry, spending the past 18 years concentrating time on learning, perfecting, and coaching others in continuous improvement and process improvement. He has also concentrated on developing and utilizing tools that help to simplify the delivery of manufactured foods. Craig has been with SugarCreek for 8 years, including roles as Plant Manager, HR Manager, and Business Unit Manager at the company’s High Speed Bacon Slicing Facility in Dayton, OH. Previously, he spent 5 years as Operations Manager with Diamond Crystal Brands, a subsidiary of Hormel Foods, where he started and managed continuous improvement teams. Before that, Craig was with ConAgra Foods for 5 years in an Aseptic Pudding Manufacturing Facility, spending 3 years as a Production Supervisor and 2 years as an Operations Manager.
