Guilherme has more than 20 years of experience in IT/OT area with vast background knowledge in developing and supporting information and process systems for alumina and aluminium manufacturing. Over the years, Guilherme has served as IT Service Delivery Manager for Alcoa Brazilian locations and Regional Manufacturing Applications Manager for Latin America and Caribbean region. In 2019, Guilherme was relocated to Australia to start working with Digital and Operations teams in the digital transformation journey, managing software development teams towards the implementation and deployment of connected worker applications. Also, Guilherme has been working with the Global Asset Management team in the modernization of legacy Reliability and Excellence (REX) work management tools migrating them to Cloud environment allowing the integration with other REX tools and ERP systems and providing automation for the data lifecycle of asset maintenance workflows.
