Timo started at BASF Ludwigshafen in 2008 and has had managing positions within the field industrial communication, IT/OT convergence, automation security, and 5G connectivity. Currently, he is responsible for the areas of IIoT and OT cloud services and drives with his team the digitalization within production and technology. He recently took over the lead of the NAMUR working group 2.8 Automation Architectures. Previously, he headed the NAMUR working group 4.15 Mobile Automation.
