In her career, Anissa has delivered best practices in engineering and digital technologies to client stakeholders within Caribbean, North American and Latin American countries. She currently leads Digital Solution Engagements for Sustainability & Energy Transition to help clients achieve Environment Social and Governance (ESG) outcomes. She also serves as Chief of Staff of Sensia's Sustainability Council. In her previous role as Commercial Leader for The Caribbean Community (CARICOM), she helped maximize customers’ strategic investments for the optimal business return and value.  Her role is enabled through the provision of thought leadership and management of Digital Transformation Solutions for today’s Oil and Gas Leaders to capitalize on and compete with globally. This effort is rooted in a Sustainability Centered Approach, as the market and global perspective evolve towards achieving Net Zero targets by 2050 along with an expected 50% increase in demand for renewable energy sources. Anissa holds a Master of Business Administration in Sustainable Energy Management from The Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business. She has the designation of Certified Energy Manager-International (CEM) from the Association of Energy Engineers (US) and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree, B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine.
