Raju has over 26 years of bottle manufacturing and packaging experience and over 10 years of experience in digital technology. Raju started his professional journey as a production line installation lead and has successfully led advance projects in the field of SMART Maintenance, Reliability, IIOT and Digital technology. Raju with his strategic mindset has helped industries transition their Maintenance culture from Reactive to Preventative to Predictive and Prescriptive by introducing robust data driven processes, use of emerging technologies and AI modeling. This initiative has resulted in reduction in R&M spends by millions and an exponential increase in production throughput ensuring increased product quality and optimum usage of the asset lifecycle. He has worked in a variety of companies including Family owned, large corporations and private equity. Raju has a degree in Mechanical Engineering with Major Focus on Machine Maintenance, Plastics and Polymer Engineering. Raju also holds a degree in Business Administration and Operations.
