Teodorico (Teo) works as a Digital Engineering Manager for Downstream Engineering; He has been with Petrobras for almost 15 years, having held leadership roles in Downstream Engineering, Project Coordination, and Design Automation. Teo works defining, accelerating, and sustaining digital engineering for downstream (refinery, natural gas and energy) and processes of working of engineering team, in addition to guaranteeing the applying of digitalization and design automation in order to optimize resources, increase productivity and quality of design. Teo is driven by leveraging digital transformation to create real value for Petrobras’ engineering team, moving from the document-centered process to the data-centered process, using 3D models, clouds solutions, and integrated systems. Teo holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pernambuco and an MBA in Project Management from University of Rio de Janeiro.
