Kartik brings over 39 years of experience across the full spectrum of instrumentation, including grassroots projects, plant maintenance, central engineering services, and reliability. He has led instrumentation for major projects such as ROGC, downstream plants, large gasification units, and complex petrochemical facilities, and later headed Central Engineering Services for the Jamnagar cluster. Beyond his core expertise, he has contributed significantly to process safety management, competency development, training, and business systems. He has delivered training on governor control, anti-surge control, and quality systems, and has presented at international conferences. He is a certified ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 lead auditor, a Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP), and a certified human competency assessor. Kartik holds a degree in electronics engineering and a Doctor of Professional Entrepreneurship in Engineering and Project Management from European Continental University.
