Rajesh has over three decades of global leadership experience in building and transforming technology-led organizations. Since 2019, as Global Chief Digital Officer at ABB Automation, he has led digital strategy, innovation, platforms, solutions, and business growth for the Industry 4.0/5.0 ecosystem. He founded ABB’s Digital Center of Excellence and Digital Solution Factory to accelerate growth and profitability, driving innovations such as ABB Ability™ Genix and achieved 4x digital business growth. He has led strategic transformation programs with Fortune 500 CXOs, advancing digital and Industry 4.0 maturity, and driving transformative business outcomes with a strong focus on customer centricity. Rajesh holds a B.E. (Electrical & Electronics), a Master’s in Computer Science from Illinois Institute of Technology, and an Executive MBA from IIM Bangalore. He is pursuing a Ph.D. in Industrial AI and a Doctorate in Product Management.
