Latha began her career with a brief stint as a Lecturer; subsequently she joined John Brown Engineering (P) Limited; and in 2004 she joined TCE. Presently, she is responsible for improvisation in utilization of existing technologies, adopting emerging technologies, and driving design innovations. She has over 30 years of industry experience in field instrumentation and control systems engineering with extensive experience in feasibility reports, basic & detail engineering of oil & gas industry including offshore platforms and refineries; petrochemicals, polymer, metallurgy, green hydrogen and ammonia plants, and power industry. Latha has worked on many firsts, such as implementation of TMR SIL control system for petrochemical industry, HAZOP and FMEA for power plants. Latha holds a B.E. (Instrumentation and Controls) from Bangalore University, Karnataka, India.
