Jeannie Serfontein is an industrial engineer with a knack for solving complex problems and making them look easy. As the Solutions Engineering Manager at Jendamark Automation, she's mastered everything from process design to project management, all while juggling sales and consulting for Odin Manufacturing. Academically, she’s a force to be reckoned with—she topped her class in BTech Engineering at Nelson Mandela University, snagged a Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt certification, and for fun (or maybe just because she’s that dedicated), she’s working on her Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
