As Head of Supply Chain Management for the Grid Automation Business Unit at Hitachi Energy, he drives efficiency, strategic sourcing, and supplier collaboration to enhance digital grid solutions. Previously, he led supply chain operations for ABB Switzerland's Power Systems Division and played a key role in global talent development. With a background in sales across Asia and Europe, he has successfully driven market expansion for advanced energy solutions. Nikolaus holds an Executive MBA in Supply Chain Management from ETH Zurich. Outside of work, he enjoys classic cars, sailing, and cycling, and values time with family and friends.
