Carlos has served as the Vice President of the Global Partnerships and Alliances organization at Baker Hughes since January 2024 driving strategic software alliances that broaden Baker Hughes’ portfolio tied to the CordantTM suite of solutions in Asset Performance Management, Process Optimization and Energy & Sustainability Management, including C3.AI, Augury, SAP and Antea. Carlos previously led the Augury Alliance and North America Bently Nevada organization, focusing on AI/ML SaaS solutions for general purpose machinery and asset protection and condition monitoring for critical machinery across multiple industries. He has also held global leadership positions within General Electric’s Corporate and GE Capital divisions focusing on Financial Services, Healthcare and Oil & Gas in various functions. Carlos is a graduate of GE’s Accelerated Leadership Program (XLP) and is a graduate of the University of Florida with a dual-degree in Finance and Economics.
