Daniel is an accomplished engineering leader with a strong background in process engineering and operations management. Since the startup of Roehm's new facility in Bay City he has served as Deputy Operations Director at Roehm America LLC in Bay City, Texas. Prior to this role, he led the LiMA project as Project Responsible overseeing engineering, construction, commissioning and startup of this word scale first of its kind facility. Additionally, he assumed responsibility of the development of the digital twin and the operator training solution based on dynamic simulation. Daniel has over 15 years of experience in process simulation, digital technology transformation, and alternative sustainable production processes. He served in different roles such as Director of Process Simulation, Process Engineer and Research Scientist for various companies including Röhm GmbH, Evonik Industries and the German Aerospace Center (DLR).
