Howard Mall leads a team of talented, multi-disciplinary engineers in helping to deliver the next generation of attractions and guest experiences for Universal's parks and resorts all around the world. As part of the Advanced Technology Initiatives (ATI) group, his mission is to discover new technologies and methodologies that have a direct impact on both guest and team member experiences. He is currently spearheading work that assures positive business, quality, and safety outcomes for all new major attractions for Universal Creative. His portfolio of initiatives includes modeling and simulation, mature software practices, engineering intelligence, business analytics, digital transformation, and innovation leadership.
