Maulik is responsible for Dow's run-the-business activities associated with business processes and IT/OT digital tools across manufacturing. He leads the strategy for the IT/OT Day-to-Day Support Team, the Project Execution Team, and the Operations IT Technology Center. Over his career, Maulik has demonstrated leadership in various roles including Digital Manufacturing Acceleration (DMA) director, global implementation director leading the Site Separation Program for DuPont, Corteva merge/split, Center of Excellence director, Architecting and Implementing Manufacturing Operations Management capabilities at Sadara, Integration director for Dow’s SAP uplift and business IT leader for Dow’s Basic Chemicals business portfolio. Before joining Dow, Maulik held various technical and client-facing roles ranging from plant floor automation engineer developing solutions to IT manager for large manufacturing sites responsible for managing IT resources, applications, operations, and IT project management for MA&D of manufacturing sites. Maulik has a Bachelor’s, and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Tech.
