As the OPC Hub ASEAN Technical Lead since 2019. he collaborates closely with the Singapore Manufacturing Federation (SMF) and the Standards Development Organisation (SDO).  William notably led a dedicated working group to establish OPC UA as a Singapore Standard (SS IEC 62541), contributing significantly to advancing interoperability and digital transformation in the region’s manufacturing sector. At Beckhoff Automation, where he is currently Business Development Director, his multifaceted experience has given him a holistic view of the automation business, from technical operations to business strategy and regional leadership. His previous roles at Beckhoff include Senior Engineer, Application Manager, Regional Support Manager, Country Manager Indonesia. William is especially passionate about technology that enables more efficient and sustainable manufacturing processes. In 2025, he led the transformation of production operations by implementing an autonomous warehouse, autonomous material flow, and autonomous work-in-process transportation. Kristine Mo serves as the VP of Global Market and Ecosystem at AI² Robotics, focusing on connecting China’s most advanced general-purpose intelligent robotics with global industrial needs, building ecosystems, driving innovation, and fostering international cooperation. Kristine has deep expertise in building technology ecosystems and international cooperation, previously, serving as the Program Director at the Future Science Prize Foundation (the Nobel Prize of China) and leading the establishment of the Young Scientist Innovation Alliance. This initiative connected over 120 top young Chinese scientists from home and abroad, promoting in-depth industry-academia-research collaboration and resource sharing. In 2021, she initiated and organized 20+ professors and AI experts to co-author the book AI Ethics and Governance: A Future Perspective. In 2023, she launched the Asian Young Scientist Fellowship, which supported 36 young scientists from countries including China, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, and India in conducting cutting-edge research across life sciences, physical sciences, and computer science, advancing Asian scientific innovation and international academic dialogue. Kristine graduated with a bachelor's degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Hong Kong.

Zhang Jingbing

Leading strategic R&D initiatives in robotics, embodied AI, and autonomous manufacturing, Dr Zhang Jingbing is the Senior R&D Director of the Smart Robotics & Automation Division at the Advanced Remanufacturing and Technology Centre (ARTC), a key entity within the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR) in Singapore. Before joining ARTC in 2020, Dr Zhang served as Research Director at IDC Asia Pacific and as Lead Analyst for IDC’s Worldwide Robotics and Asia Pacific Manufacturing Insights programmes. From 2008 to 2015, he was Senior Engineering Director and Site Manager at Kulicke & Soffa, where he directed R&D and technology development for high-end semiconductor equipment. And from 1992 to 2008, he held a series of increasingly senior leadership positions at SIMTech, including Research Group Manager, Director of the Research Liaison Office (RLO), and member of the Institute’s management committee.

He currently leads BG6 at PEGATRON, where Networking, Telecom, IoT, and wearable device products have experienced continuous business growth. He currently serves as the company’s Infrastructure Vertical Market Development Manager for Asia Pacific, where he works closely with customers and industry partners to develop smarter, more connected, and future-ready infrastructure systems. Colin Koh has more than 35 years of experience pioneering the latest technologies within the Southeast Asia region. Involved in the Industrial IoT, Industrial Automation, OT Cybersecurity, Energy & Environmental sectors since the mid-1980s, he provides mentorship and advisory services to the industry, primarily focused on regional SMEs implementing digital transformation in line with Industry 4.0 concepts, and helping the next generation of technologists in the region. Colin held the role of President of the Singapore Industrial Automation Association (now known as AutomationSG ) from 2001-2005) and has delivered dozens of insightful industry papers and influential speeches in key regional conferences and business forums. He was also featured in Channel News Asia’s Start-Up TV series as an industry expert. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration (BBBA) from RMIT Australia and is an alumni of MIT Sloan School of Management executive program in Artificial Intelligence and IoT. Colin is co-author of the books Industry 4.0: Navigating the Manufacturing in ASEAN (2019); Smart Factory Technologies and Applications in the Post-Pandemic Era (2023); and Industrial AI: Data-Driven Applications in Smart Manufacturing (2024).

At Nova Smar, Octávio serves as a member of the Open Process Automation Standard (O-PAS) engineering team. His professional interests include fieldbus technologies, industrial communication protocols, SCADA systems, control system integration, and advanced automation solutions. Bob Gill

Bob Gill

Bob Gill is responsible for managing ARC Advisory Group’s business operations and market research activities in Southeast Asia and Australia. His work experience includes engineering roles at British Aerospace, General Electric Company (GEC), and the Singapore Institute of Manufacturing Technology (SIMTech). At GEC, he was project manager for a plant data collection system that saw the successful deployment of the UK's first fieldbus network. At SIMTech, was a member of the team that developed the control system for Singapore Airlines' first fully automated cargo terminal (T6). The project received the Institute of Engineers Singapore (IES) Prestigious Engineering Award in 2003. He also had a decade-long career in industrial technology media as editor of publications including Control Engineering Asia and Industrial Automation Asia. Bob graduated from the University of Wales, UK, with a BSc in Electronics, an MSc in Manufacturing Systems Engineering, and has an MBA from NTU in Singapore.

There is no fee to attend for ARC Advisory Service Clients, Speakers, Panelists, and Sponsors of this Forum. Technology End Users including Manufacturing, Energy, Supply Chain, Logistics and City Leaders are also welcome to register at no cost. Please select the appropriate ticket type when you register to receive your complimentary ticket. For all other attendees, the fee is $495.

Cancellations and Substitutions

Substitutions may be made at any time at no additional charge. The registration fee is fully refundable up to 7 days prior to the Forum date minus a $75 administration fee. A 50% cancellation fee will be assessed after that date. In place of the registration fee refund, attendees may choose to receive access to all session video recordings for 1 month. All cancellations must be received in writing.
