Synopsis
Cybersecurity is often at the confluence of where a company’s Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT) resources meet. Historically and even today, getting these two “tribes” to cooperate has been challenging as security objectives, experience and training differ. This presentation addresses the differences and explores areas where cybersecurity can be an opportunity for a positive collaborative experience while meeting the organization’s security goals. This is delivered from the perspective of the speaker’s experience of leading a sustainable enterprise-wide OT cybersecurity program.
