Devin joined WM in 2024 as Deputy Chief Information Security Officer, where he oversees security engineering, security operations, and operational technology (OT) security. Before WM, Devin served as a Director and Practice Advisor at Rapid7’s Vulnerability Risk Management group, following a key leadership role at Deloitte’s Cyber Risk practice where he led vulnerability and attack surface management portfolios. He has also held product and strategy roles at security vendor firms such as Resolution1 Security and AccessData Group. Devin also spent a decade at ExxonMobil leading workstation operations & security, as well as delivering operational technology initiatives, and securing upstream innovation. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the University of Houston and an MBA from Rice University’s Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Management. Devin also maintains CISSP and CCSP certifications from ICS2.
