Craig is the SCADA Administrator at Orange County Utilities (OCU) in Orlando, FL. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Union College in Schenectady, NY. Craig came to OCU in 2007, working initially as a Water Operator Trainee. He subsequently acquired Drinking Water licenses, attaining FDEP's A level license. He transferred to the SCADA admin team as an Automation Technician and acquired ISA's CCST certification (Certified Control System Technician) as well as a certification from the Fiber Optics Association (FOA). Having worked extensively as an operator in a control room setting, Craig cares deeply about the user experience and reliability of SCADA systems. As a programmer, he is interested in ways that the SCADA software can be best utilized and enhanced. My hobbies include technology, The Orlando Magic, my pets (fish, birds, and guinea pigs), and traveling with my wife.
