Following a career spanning three decades in the Oil Refining sector, Mr. Hamid launched an independent consulting firm. His firm focuses on industrial manufacturing clients seeking to improve operational performance, maintenance effectiveness, and reliability programs. In 2020, Mr. Hamid joined Delek US and served in several executive level roles including Refinery Manager of the Big Spring, TX facility and Vice President of Process Technology. From 2023 to 2025, Mr. Hamid held the position of Vice President of Refining for Petro Star, a privately held Alaska-based refining company. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing the company’s two refineries in North Pole and Valdez, AK.
