In his role, he collaborates with customers, sales, product management and R&D to translate business requirements into detailed network designs. He supports PoCs and conducts technical trainings to help customers build robust industrial networks. By channeling real-world use cases back to development teams, he ensures that product innovation remains rooted in customer needs.
