Arun has over 38 years of experience in erection, commissioning, maintenance, equipment reliability, inspection, turnaround planning and execution, troubleshooting, and performance improvement of rotating equipment in process plants and world-class oil refineries. He has implemented multiple asset performance management software and digital solutions, from blueprint to go-live, as part of digital transformation initiatives. He has presented technical papers internationally and delivered tutorials, lectures, case studies, discussion groups, and panel sessions at Turbomachinery and Pump Symposia. He serves on advisory and executive committees for leading turbomachinery forums. Arun is a graduate in mechanical engineering with a post‐graduate degree in business administration.
