Forum Fee

The Forum fee is 300 EUR. 

All fees are in EUR, net, excl. VAT.  The fee includes lunch, coffee break, a hosted evening event before the Forum convenes and all program materials. Group rates are available.

Cancellations and Substitutions

Substitutions may be made at any time at no additional charge. The registration fee is fully refundable up to 3 weeks prior to the Forum date. A 50% cancellation fee will be assessed after that date.  All cancellations must be received in writing.
