SmartSights, a provider of operational intelligence software for industrial teams, has acquired Sage Clarity, a Chicago-based company specializing in real-time manufacturing data analytics. Backed by private equity firm Capstreet, SmartSights will integrate Sage Clarity’s platform-agnostic solutions, further enhancing its capabilities in process optimization and operational efficiency. The company, however, did not disclose the terms of the transaction.
