ABB E-mobility Increases Majority Stake in Chinese EV Charging Provider Chargedot
ABB announced it has increased its majority stake in Chinese EV charging provider, Chargedot Shanghai New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. to 80 percent.

The Oklahoma-based producer said it would spend $2.6bn in cash and equity to buy Chief Oil & Gas, founded by Dallas billionaire Trevor Rees-Jones, and its partner Tug Hill in north-eastern Pennsylvania’s section of the prolific Marcellus shale field.
Arsenal Capital Partners, a private equity firm that specializes in investments in industrial growth and healthcare companies, announced that it has acquired Eckhart Holdings, Inc., an automation solutions provider, from LFM Capital. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
