As a primary researcher on APM technologies, Inderpreet conducts research and advises clients on a variety of topics including enterprise asset management (EAM), field service management (FSM), asset integrity management (AIM), plant asset management (PAM), condition monitoring, predictive maintenance (PdM), and asset reliability. She also leads ARC’s research on digital worker technologies including augmented reality and other extended reality technologies, with a focus on their practical applications in industrial operations.
Inderpreet has authored and co-authored several worldwide market research reports across the asset lifecycle management domain. Her analysis supports end users, technology suppliers, and service providers as they evaluate evolving approaches to asset performance, reliability, and digital transformation.
Inderpreet has been a member of the ARC team since 2011. Earlier in her ARC career, she covered field devices, environmental technologies, safety technologies, and building automation. She holds a BS in Physics from Delhi University and an MBA from Clark University.
