Infosys Announced the Launch of Infosys Wingspan, a Next-gen Learning Solution for Transformation Learning

Infosys announced the launch of Infosys Wingspan, a next-gen learning solution to help organizations accelerate their talent transformation journey.  Based on open source technologies, the cloud-first and mobile-first solution is designed to provide a seamless interactive learning experience accessible anytime, anywhere and on any device.

Infosys Wingspan provides best-in-class curated content from multiple sources that learners can access to enrich their knowledge.  Users are provided a personal and engaging experience, by creating their own ‘goals’, measuring ‘time spent’ and ‘learning history’.  With machine learning capabilities, the solution provides tailored and relevant learning recommendations while the AI-powered voice-enabled ‘learning assistant’ also offers guidance at any stage of the learning process.  The connected and collaborative solution also enables interaction with peers and provides opportunities for collaborative and competitive learning.

Wingspan enables leaders to drive impactful learning initiatives with insights leveraging analytics, which helps companies understand the learning trends within the organization and plan requisite interventions.

Since its launch in April 2018, Infosys Wingspan (known as Lex internally) has been used by over 114,000 Infosys employees.  The solution is now available for clients and can easily be integrated into any enterprise’s IT infrastructure to transform its learning capabilities.  Infosys Wingspan will be offered with round-the-clock guidance from experts and educators as well as technical and operational support.

Infosys Also Launches Catalytic Partnership with Trinity College to Bridge the Liberal Arts and Digital Technology

This exclusive partnership with Trinity College to create new educational programs will help prepare liberal arts students and Infosys employees for the digital workplace of the future.

This multi-year collaboration will establish a Trinity-Infosys Applied Learning Initiative, which will provide learning opportunities for Trinity College students, engage faculty and alumni, and offer training for Infosys employees. Infosys-Trinity College will team up to co-develop content, building on Trinity College’s core strengths in the liberal arts while developing capacities in technology and innovation that draw on digital content and real-world case studies from Infosys.

Infosys’ partnership with the liberal arts college will leverage Trinity College’s new space in downtown Hartford, showcasing technology and blending face-to-face personalized learning with Infosys’ virtual learning platform, Infosys LEX. The collaboration will also explore continuous learning opportunities for Infosys employees and Trinity alumni; a potential summer bridge program for liberal arts students from Trinity and elsewhere to acquire in-demand skills in technology-led innovation; and jointly designing and piloting new digital technologies to advance a liberal arts education.
